Refund Policy

Overview

RyLi Business Group provides digital services including web development, hosting, maintenance plans, and consulting. Because our offerings are services rather than physical products, our refund policy reflects the nature of the work involved.

Maintenance & Hosting Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your maintenance or hosting subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle—no refunds are issued for partial months.

How to cancel: Email us at support@rylibusinessgroup.com or cancel through your account dashboard.

Project-Based Services (Web Development, Consulting, etc.)

Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.

After work begins: Refunds for project work are prorated based on work completed. If 50% of the project is complete, 50% of the fee is non-refundable. We will provide documentation of completed work upon request.

Completed projects: Once a project is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

If you’re unhappy with our work, please contact us first. We’re committed to making things right and will work with you to address any concerns before discussing refunds.
