Support hours cover hands-on work like design changes, text updates, adding images, creating new pages, plugin configuration, and troubleshooting. Basically, if you need us to do something on your site, it comes out of your support time.

No problem. If you go over your monthly hours, we’ll let you know before doing any additional work. Extra time is billed at $90/hour, and we never charge without your approval first.

Support hours don’t roll over month to month. Each billing cycle starts fresh. If you consistently need more (or less) time, we can talk about switching plans.

All plans include standard response times (within 24-48 hours). Business Plus members get priority support, meaning you jump to the front of the queue. For true emergencies outside business hours, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. You can switch plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime, no contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know and we’ll stop billing at the end of your current cycle.
